01 Jan New Years Greetings from our Founders
Dear YUKKA Community,
we, as the founders of the company, wanted to take a moment to personally extend our warmest greetings to each and every one of you. As we enter the new year of 2023, we wanted to provide you with a glimpse of our plans for the coming year.
THE WORLD IS UNCERTAIN
At YUKKA Lab, we are aware of the current economic uncertainty fuelled by the unique configuration of four specific topics:
- First, we are still recovering from Covid that leads to unpredictable consumption and supply chain efficiency.
- Second, the rate rise (to contain inflation) deeply impacted the real estate market, buying power, and all financial markets.
- Third, we observed true awareness-raising around all the ESG topics. Yet not been implemented to that extent but journalists cover the topic extensively over the past months.
- Finally, measuring the pace and impact of innovation within our economies is very difficult.
All of this is well reflected in the news with a high level of concern.

REDUCE STRESS AND THREATS WITH TANGIBLE METRICS
At YUKKA, we are conscious that this uncertainty and volatility have created and maintained a huge pressure on investment professionals and risk managers. Therefore we are striving to improve and innovate in order to support our clients in the best way to monitor news and risk trends both on financial and non-financial (ESG) levels. In 2023, we will be focusing on consolidating our product line and improving the efficiency of our NLP models. We are also committed to continuing to provide the highest level of customer service and will be implementing several new use cases and resources to help us achieve this goal.
In addition to these efforts, we will also be increasing our endeavors to give back to our communities and make a positive impact on the world. We believe that it is our responsibility to make news measurable and we are committed to making a difference in the day-to-day business of our partners.
We hope that 2023 will be a successful and prosperous year for all of us, and we look forward to continuing to work with you.
